Travel & Logistics:
Travel and logistics outside the Northwest Arkansas (NWA) area are not included in our wedding packages. If your wedding takes place outside NWA, any applicable travel and logistics expenses will be quoted separately based on the location and specific requirements of your event.
U.S. Coverage Only:
At this time, we provide wedding coverage within the United States only. We are currently not accepting international wedding assignments or events outside the country.
Videography:
Videography is not included in our photography packages. If you are interested in adding video coverage, please let us know so we can discuss available options and pricing separately.

Do We Meet Before the Wedding?
Yes. We schedule a meeting, either in person or virtually, to get to know you, plan the coverage, and make sure we understand what matters most to you.
Do You Take Candid or Posed Photos?
Both. We believe the best wedding galleries include a balance of authentic, spontaneous moments and thoughtfully directed portraits.
Throughout the day, we document the emotions as they naturally happen — the laughter, tears, glances, hugs, and little moments you may not even notice in the moment. But when it comes to portraits, we will also guide you through poses and give you gentle direction so you never have to wonder what to do.
Our goal is never to make you look stiff or overly posed. Instead, we use natural movement, connection, and interaction to create images that feel genuine and full of emotion.
We’ll help you look your best while still looking like yourselves — relaxed, connected, and completely present in the moment.
What Happens If It Rains or Things Run Behind Schedule?
We adapt to the natural flow of the day. Our coverage is flexible, and we are prepared to adjust to changes in weather, timing, or the schedule.
Do You Work Alone or With an Assistant?
It depends on the package. For larger weddings, we may work with an assistant or second photographer to ensure that no important moment is missed.
